Michelle is a seasoned consultant specializing in accounting, operating systems, business processes and procedures, training, best practice and business development. She enjoys the challenge of creating order from chaos, particularly when it removes the stress of that chaos from others and frees them to focus on what they do best.

Earlier in her career, she worked as the finance director and then acting executive director for SchoolBOX, a local charity whose mission is to make education possible for all children in Nicaragua and the world.

A life-long learner, Michelle is currently completing her Master in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership at Carleton University.
